Bookings and consultations

Consultations and appointments are booked through our partner platform, Pabau. By booking, you agree to provide accurate information and attend your scheduled appointment. Certain appointments require a deposit to secure your booking, confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

• 48 hours or more notice: free of charge — your deposit is refunded or moved to a new date.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: your deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.
• Missed appointments ("no-shows"): charged the full price of the booked treatment.

Medical history

You must provide complete and accurate medical history information. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment safety and outcomes, and will void any liability on our part arising from that non-disclosure.

Treatment terms and conditions

Pre-treatment requirements

• A thorough medical consultation and assessment before any treatment
• Complete disclosure of medical history, medications, and previous treatments
• Treatments are contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Valid photo ID required to confirm you are 18 or over — treatments are not offered to under-18s

Treatment information

Treatment effects and duration vary by procedure. Some treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal results. Temporary side effects such as swelling, bruising, or redness may occur. You'll be given specific pre- and post-treatment instructions during your consultation, and results develop at different rates depending on the treatment.

Contraindications

Treatment will be declined where you have active skin infections or inflammation in the treatment area, unrealistic expectations about results, signs of body dysmorphic disorder or other psychological contraindications, autoimmune conditions (assessed case-by-case), blood clotting disorders, or allergies to treatment components.

Risks and complications

All aesthetic and skin treatments carry inherent risks and potential complications. You'll be given detailed information about the risks specific to your treatment during consultation, and asked to sign a comprehensive consent form before any treatment proceeds.

Treatment guarantees and limitations

Results cannot be guaranteed and vary between individuals. Complimentary touch-ups may be offered within a specified timeframe for certain treatments; further treatment beyond this may incur additional cost. Before and after photographs represent individual results only.

Aftercare

You must follow all written aftercare instructions provided, attend follow-up appointments as scheduled, report any concerns or complications immediately, and follow any activity restrictions or product recommendations given after treatment.

If you experience a complication, contact the clinic immediately on 020 8226 0165. For anything urgent outside clinic hours, seek immediate medical attention.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, "The Platina Method™," and our branding — is owned by Clinic Platina Ltd, or used with permission, and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our written permission, other than for personal, non-commercial use.

Before and after photographs are used, with your explicit consent, for clinical documentation, treatment planning, and — only where specifically consented to — marketing purposes.

Privacy and data protection

Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to this handling of your information as described there.

Limitation of liability

While we maintain high standards of care, we cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes, and our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We are not liable for temporary website unavailability, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under English law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clinic Platina Ltd, its staff, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website, your breach of these Terms, your provision of false or misleading information, or your failure to follow treatment or aftercare instructions.

Third-party services

We use Pabau for online booking; their terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of their services. Payment processors may have their own additional terms. Our website forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service that helps us tell genuine visitors from automated spam. When you use a form, Turnstile may process limited technical information about your device and browser for this purpose only; it is not used for advertising or to track you across other websites. Our website may link to external websites — we are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

Complaints and disputes
