What Is Non-Surgical Facial Masculinisation?

Facial masculinisation uses dermal filler — and sometimes muscle-relaxing injections — to create features traditionally perceived as more masculine: a stronger, squarer jawline, a more projected chin, flatter and broader cheek contours, and a straighter brow.

It is one of our Signature protocols — a bespoke, whole-face plan delivered as a single package rather than a single treatment. We welcome anyone wanting a more masculine facial appearance, including cisgender men wanting more definition and trans and non-binary patients.

Is It Right for You?

This approach tends to suit people who would like more structure and angularity without surgery. Filler can make meaningful changes, but it cannot replicate bone surgery — we will be clear about what is achievable and, where helpful, discuss surgical options.

For trans patients, we are happy to work alongside your gender identity clinic or other care, and we provide a respectful, confidential environment.

Benefits

  • Stronger jawline and chin definition
  • Bespoke, whole-face planning
  • Non-surgical, with results visible immediately
  • Reversible, as hyaluronic acid fillers are used
The Process

Your Treatment Journey

Consultation

A detailed discussion of your goals, facial assessment and medical history. We agree priorities and a plan that may be completed in one or more stages.

Treatment

Filler is placed in the agreed areas — typically jawline, chin and sometimes cheeks or brow. Treatment takes 60–90 minutes.

Recovery

Swelling, tenderness and possible bruising for several days. Avoid exercise and alcohol for 24–48 hours.

Results & Aftercare

Results are visible straight away and settle over about two weeks. We review you to assess the result and plan any next stage.

Maintenance

Filler typically lasts 12–18 months in structural areas. Further treatment is your choice.

Typically 12–18 months in structural areas.
