What Is Non-Surgical Facial Feminisation?

Facial feminisation uses dermal filler and muscle-relaxing injections to create features traditionally perceived as more feminine: fuller, higher cheeks, a softer and slimmer lower face, a lifted brow, fuller lips and a more tapered chin.

Muscle-relaxing injections can slim a broad jaw by relaxing the masseter muscle and lift the outer brow, while filler adds softness and shape where needed. It is one of our Signature protocols, planned as a single package. We welcome anyone wanting a more feminine facial appearance, including trans and non-binary patients.

Is It Right for You?

This approach tends to suit people wanting softer contours without surgery. Some changes, such as reducing a prominent brow bone or jaw bone, can’t be achieved with injectables, and we will discuss surgical routes honestly where relevant.

Treatment combines injectables in the agreed areas. Sessions take 60–90 minutes; some elements may be staged.

Swelling, tenderness and possible bruising for several days. Avoid exercise and alcohol for 24–48 hours.

Filler results are visible straight away; jaw slimming and brow lift develop over two to eight weeks. We review you to assess progress.
