The Platina Method™

Skin is where health becomes visible.

A doctor-led framework for treating skin as the whole picture — not a single concern in isolation. Six domains, one honest starting point: a proper conversation about what your skin actually needs.

Skin is an organ, not a canvas.

Clinic Platina was founded on a simple idea: how your skin looks is a reflection of how healthy it is. Led by Dr Adham Chakhachiro, an NHS Dermatology Registrar, we treat skin as the visible expression of your wider health — and plan accordingly.

That means understanding the whole picture before we reach for a needle, recommending only what genuinely serves your skin, and building results that hold up over time — not just for the next photograph.

Why It's Different

At the forefront — but never ahead of the evidence.

Aesthetic medicine has a weakness for the impressive-sounding. A claim gets repeated once and, within a year, it's being offered on the high street as though it were settled science — even when it isn't yet, or never will be.

We do things differently. We stay close to what's genuinely emerging — but we adopt the new only once the evidence supports it. As an NHS Dermatology Registrar and Advanced Trainer at the British Aesthetic Academy, Dr Adham teaches other practitioners how to treat safely. That same standard governs everything offered here.

Questions

About The Platina Method

What is The Platina Method?
It's the framework behind how we treat every patient at Clinic Platina — looking across six domains that shape how skin looks and ages, rather than treating a single concern in isolation. We begin with your skin today; our care extends across the wider foundations over time.
Do I need to commit to all six domains?
No. The Method is how we think about your skin, not a package you're signed up to. Most patients start with a single concern, and the wider picture comes into focus naturally as we get to know your skin.
What's the difference between Structure and Renewal?
Structure covers considered correction — anti-wrinkle injections and dermal filler, used to soften lines or restore volume. Renewal is regenerative, including treatments like polynucleotides, which support the skin's own repair processes rather than adding volume or relaxing movement. Many patients benefit from a considered mix of both.
Is the Lifestyle domain available yet?
Not yet — it's genuinely on the way, not just a placeholder. We're building it properly, with the right clinical sign-off, rather than rushing it out. The other five domains are fully available now.
How do I know which domain is right for me?
That's exactly what a consultation is for. We assess your skin honestly and talk you through what's realistic — not a treatment menu, a conversation.
