What Is a Non-Surgical Brow Lift?

A non-surgical brow lift uses carefully placed muscle-relaxing injections — the same type used for anti-wrinkle treatment — to relax the muscles that pull the brow downward. This allows the muscles that raise the brow to work with less resistance, giving a subtle lift to the tail of the brow and a more open, rested look around the eyes.

Is It Right for You?

This treatment tends to suit people with a mildly low or heavy brow, or who would like a little more lift and definition at the outer brow. It is a subtle treatment — significant brow descent or excess upper-eyelid skin may need a surgical opinion, and we will be honest about that.

Benefits

  • Subtle lift to the outer brow
  • A more open, refreshed appearance around the eyes
  • Quick treatment with no downtime
  • Often combined with frown and crow’s feet treatment
The Process

Your Treatment Journey

Consultation

We assess your brow position, eyelids and muscle movement, take a medical history and confirm what is realistically achievable.

Treatment

A small number of precise injections are placed around the brow. Treatment takes around 15 minutes.

Recovery

No real downtime. Avoid lying flat, exercise and rubbing the area for the rest of the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much lift can I expect?

The change is subtle — usually a few millimetres at the tail of the brow — giving a fresher look rather than a surprised one.

How long does it last?

Typically three to four months.

Can it be combined with other anti-wrinkle areas?

Yes, it is often done alongside frown lines and crow's feet.

Are there risks?

Bruising and mild headache are possible. Rarely, a temporary heaviness of the brow or eyelid can occur. We discuss this at consultation.

Does it hurt?

Most people feel only a brief scratch.

Is it an alternative to surgery?

For mild brow heaviness, it can be. Significant drooping or excess eyelid skin may need a surgical opinion.
